Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 27, 2023, the Company received a letter from the listing qualifications department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) to confirm the Company had regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) (“Listing Rule 5550(a)(2)”), which requires issuers listed on Nasdaq to maintain a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share. The Company regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) because the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock exceeded $1.00 per share for the previous ten consecutive trading days, from November 10, 2023 to November 24, 2023. The letter also confirmed that this matter is now closed.
