Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Consistent with the prior announcement of his plan to retire in 2024, Frank Kulaszewicz, Senior Vice President of Rockwell Automation, Inc. (the “Company”), confirmed with the Company his intention to retire effective March 31, 2024. Mr. Kulaszewicz will continue as Senior Vice President of the Company until his retirement date.
