Chief Operating Officer Departure
On August 10, 2026, Sheri Lewis notified SkinHealth Systems Inc. (the “Company”) of her decision to resign as its Chief Operations, Quality and Technology Officer to pursue other business opportunities outside of the Company. Effective August 28, 2026, Ms. Lewis will cease serving as the Company's Chief Operations, Quality and Technology Officer.
Ms. Lewis’ resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company, its Board of Directors, or Management on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices.
