The Company issued a press release on March 18, 2025 with information about an upcoming event in which Representatives of Smart Sand Inc. (the “Company”) intend to participate in the Sidoti Small-Cap Virtual Conference March 19-20, 2025, to discuss the business and affairs of the Company.
