On September 2, 2026, Verisk Analytics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Sunita Holzer, Chief Human Relations Officer, will retire from her role with the Company. Since joining the Company in 2021, Ms. Holzer has helped strengthen the Company’s culture, modernize many of its practices and systems and ensured that its employees remained at the center of important decisions. Ms. Holzer’s official retirement date will be determined after a successor is identified and announced.
