(the "Registrant"), BCDI Merger Sub I Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Registrant, and BCDI Merger Sub II LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Registrant, as amended (the "Business Combination Agreement"), on August 31, 2026, the reporting person received 59,890 shares of common stock of the Registrant representing fractional share adjustments in connection with the Business Combination Agreement, having a market value of approximately $68,274 based on the last reported sale price of the common stock of the Registrant reported by the NYSE American LLC on the date of issuance.

Pursuant to the terms of the Business Combination Agreement, dated as of May 27, 2025, by and among Signing Day Sports, Inc., a Delaware corporation, One Blockchain LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, BlockchAIn Digital Infrastructure, Inc., a Delaware corporation (now known as AIB Digital Centers Inc.) (the "Registrant"), BCDI Merger Sub I Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Registrant, and BCDI Merger Sub II LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Registrant, as amended (the "Business Combination Agreement"), on August 31, 2026, the reporting person received 80,777 shares of common stock of the Registrant representing fractional share adjustments in connection with the Business Combination Agreement, having a market value of approximately $92,086 based on the last reported sale price of the common stock of the Registrant reported by the NYSE American LLC on the date of issuance.

Consists of shares held by Tiger Cloud LLC and VCV Digital Solutions LLC. Under the Business Combination Agreement, dated May 27, 2025, among Signing Day Sports, Inc., One Blockchain LLC, BlockchAIn Digital Infrastructure, Inc. (now AIB Data Centers Inc.) (the "Registrant"), BCDI Merger Sub I Inc. and BCDI Merger Sub II LLC, as amended, on August 31, 2026, Tiger Cloud LLC and VCV Digital Solutions LLC received 80,777 and 59,890 shares, respectively, of the Registrant's common stock, as fractional share adjustments. The shares had an aggregate market value of approximately $160,360, based on the last reported sale price on NYSE American on the issuance. Jerry Tang has voting and investment discretion over the shares held by both entities. Mr. Tang disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares except to the extent of his direct or indirect pecuniary interest therein.

Consists of shares owned by Tiger Cloud LLC ("Tiger Cloud") and VCV Digital Solutions LLC ("VCV"). Pursuant to the Business Combination Agreement, dated as of May 27, 2025, as amended, by and among Signing Day Sports, Inc., One Blockchain LLC, Issuer, parties thereto, on March 16, 2026 (the "Closing Date"), Tiger Cloud and VCV received 15,100,970 and 11,196,244 common stock of Issuer, respectively, for membership interests of One Blockchain LLC held by them, having a market value of $4.60 per share based on the last reported sale price reported by the NYSE American on the Closing Date. Tiger Cloud and VCV forfeited an aggregate of 200 shares for no consideration in connection with the closing of the business combination. Jerry Tang holds voting and investment discretion over the shares held by Tiger Cloud and VCV. Mr. Tang disclaims any beneficial ownership of the reported shares other than to the extent of any pecuniary interest he may have therein, directly or indirectly.

Pursuant to the terms of the Business Combination Agreement, dated as of May 27, 2025, as amended, by and among Signing Day Sports, Inc., One Blockchain LLC, BlockchAIn Digital Infrastructure, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Registrant"), BCDI Merger Sub I Inc., and BCDI Merger Sub II LLC, on March 16, 2026 (the "Closing Date"), the reporting person received 11,196,244 common stock of the Registrant for membership interests of One Blockchain LLC held by the reporting person, having a market value of $4.60 per share based on the last reported sale price of the common stock of the Registrant reported by the NYSE American on the Closing Date. On the Closing Date, VCV Digital Solutions LLC forfeited 100 shares of common stock for no consideration in connection with the closing of the business combination.

Pursuant to the terms of the Business Combination Agreement, on the date of the Closing, the reporting person's employee stock option to acquire 2,084 shares of SGN common stock for $108.00 per share was assumed by BlockchAIn and automatically converted into an option to purchase 195 common shares of BlockchAIn exercisable for $1,157.06 per share.

Pursuant to the terms of the Business Combination Agreement, on the date of the Closing, the reporting person's employee stock option to acquire 625 shares of SGN common stock for $148.80 per share was assumed by BlockchAIn and automatically converted into an option to purchase 59 common shares of BlockchAIn exercisable for $1,594.17 per share.

Consists of shares owned by Tiger Cloud LLC ("Tiger Cloud") and VCV Digital Solutions LLC ("VCV"). Pursuant to the Business Combination Agreement, dated as of May 27, 2025, as amended, by and among Signing Day Sports, Inc., One Blockchain LLC, Issuer, parties thereto, on March 16, 2026 (the "Closing Date"), Tiger Cloud and VCV received 15,100,970 and 11,196,244 common stock of Issuer, respectively, for membership interests of One Blockchain LLC held by them, having a market value of $4.60 per share based on the last reported sale price reported by the NYSE American on the Closing Date. Tiger Cloud and VCV forfeited an aggregate of 200 shares for no consideration in connection with the closing of the business combination. Jerry Tang holds voting and investment discretion over the shares held by Tiger Cloud and VCV. Mr. Tang disclaims any beneficial ownership of the reported shares other than to the extent of any pecuniary interest he may have therein, directly or indirectly.

Pursuant to the Business Combination Agreement, dated as of May 27, 2025, by and among Signing Day Sports, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("SGN"), One Blockchain LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, BlockchAIn Digital Infrastructure, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("BlockchAIn"), BCDI Merger Sub I Inc., a Delaware corporation, and BCDI Merger Sub II LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as amended (the "Business Combination Agreement"), on the date of the closing (the "Closing") of the transactions contemplated by the Business Combination Agreement, or March 16, 2026, the reporting person received 0.09334 common shares of BlockchAIn for every share of common stock of SGN held by the reporting person, subject to rounding adjustments. The last reported sale price of SGN common stock after the Closing was $0.54 per share, as reported on March 16, 2026. The first reported sale price after the Closing of BlockchAIn's common stock was $4.60 per share, as reported on March 17, 2026.

Pursuant to the Business Combination Agreement, dated as of May 27, 2025, by and among Signing Day Sports, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("SGN"), One Blockchain LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, BlockchAIn Digital Infrastructure, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("BlockchAIn"), BCDI Merger Sub I Inc., a Delaware corporation, and BCDI Merger Sub II LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as amended (the "Business Combination Agreement"), on the date of the closing (the "Closing") of the transactions contemplated by the Business Combination Agreement, or March 16, 2026, the reporting person received 0.09334 common shares of BlockchAIn for every share of common stock of SGN held by the reporting person, subject to rounding adjustments. The last reported sale price of SGN common stock after the Closing was $0.54 per share, as reported on March 16, 2026. The first reported sale price after the Closing of BlockchAIn's common stock was $4.60 per share, as reported on March 17, 2026.

The reporting person is a co-trustee of The Nelson Revocable Living Trust, an Arizona trust provided for by the Nelson Revocable Living Trust Agreement established on March 9, 1999 and amended and restated on November 21, 2005. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

On the Closing Date, Tiger Cloud LLC forfeited 100 shares of common stock for no consideration in connection with the closing of the business combination.
