“These factors raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern within one year of the date that the financial statements are issued. The Company’s ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon its ability to generate profitable operations and/or obtain additional financing to meet its obligations and sustain its operations. While there is no guarantee that these efforts will be successful, Management believes these actions will provide the necessary capital to sustain operations through the 2026 fiscal year. While management believes that these plans, if successfully implemented, will provide the Company with sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations, there can be no assurance that such financing or business opportunities will be available on acceptable terms, or at all.
