“Management has determined that the Company does not have sufficient liquidity to meet its current obligations, which is considered to be one year from the date of the issuance of the accompanying unaudited financial statements. In addition, Management has determined that if the Company is unable to complete a Business Combination within the Combination Period, then the Board would proceed to commence a voluntary liquidation and thereby a formal dissolution of the Company. These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
