“Despite these financing activities, the Company continues to incur operating losses and expects to require additional capital to fund its operations and execute its business plan. These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern within one year after the date these unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements are issued. Management intends to fund operating costs over the next twelve months primarily through the use of remaining IPO proceeds and, if necessary, through additional financing from public or private offerings of equity or debt securities. However, there can be no assurance that such financing will be available on acceptable terms, or at all. Accordingly, management has concluded that substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern has not been alleviated. The accompanying condensed consolidated financial statements do not include any adjustments that might result from the outcome of this uncertainty.”
