The financial statements do not include any adjustments that might be necessary if the Company is unable to continue as a going concern. The Company’s ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon improving its operating results and maintaining adequate liquidity. Management believes that the Company’s existing cash balance, together with its positive working capital position, will provide sufficient liquidity to fund operations and meet its obligations as they become due for at least the next twelve months from the date these condensed consolidated financial statements are issued.”View the 10-Q filed May 15, 2026
