Substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern.

“In connection with the Company's assessment of going concern considerations in accordance with FASB ASC 205-40, "Presentation of Financial Statements – Going Concern" ("ASC 205-40"), management has determined that the Company's projected future liquidity position raises substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The Company intends to complete its initial Business Combination before the mandatory liquidation date; however, there can be no assurance that the Company will be able to consummate any Business Combination by March 1, 2028. No adjustments have been made to the carrying amounts of assets or liabilities should the Company be required to liquidate after March 1, 2028. The Company's financial statements do not include any adjustment that might be necessary if the Company is unable to continue as a going concern. If the Company is unable to complete a business combination within the prescribed timeframe, it will be required to liquidate and dissolve. These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of one year from the date these financial statements are issued.”
