Substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
“We have a limited operating history and our continued growth is dependent upon the continuation of generating revenue for selling of Keto Air, generating revenue from advanced Agentic AI systems, including automated video generation and small business marketing automation, as well as obtaining additional financing to fund future obligations and pay liabilities arising from ordinary course business operations. In addition, the current cash balance cannot be projected to cover our operating expenses for the next twelve months from the release date of this report. These matters raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern.”View the 10-Q filed Aug 14, 2026

Debt Profile
Annual debt figures are established from 10-K filings and updated by subsequent 10-Q and 8-K disclosures. Instrument balances are not summed into a company total unless the filing itself reports that total.
Price & Valuation
Multiples computed on the strict TTM/EV methodology — today's snapshot against peers, and each ratio recomputed as of past filing dates.
Valuation
Peer medians compare against the 17 similar-size Real Estate Services companies (of 43 listed).
Valuation over time computed as of each quarter's filing date
Revenue Breakdown
Annual revenue as the company disaggregates it in its own XBRL filings. Years a component wasn't reported show a dash.
Share mode is each component's slice of the reported components that year — issuers rarely tag every revenue dollar, so slices need not sum to total revenue.
