“The Company has had historically negative cash flow and net losses. The Company has sustained its solvency through the debt and the raising of capital, which raise substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. Management is taking steps to raise additional funds to address its operating and financial cash requirements to continue operations in the next twelve months. Management has devoted a significant amount of time to the raising of capital from additional debt and equity financing. However, the Company's ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon raising additional funds through debt and equity financing and generating revenue. There are no assurances the Company will receive the funding or generate the revenue necessary to fund operations.
