“Notwithstanding the expected cash flow from operations and expected access to capital from existing and/or future debt and equity sources, the Company's currently forecasted cash is less than the requirements to fund its operating expenses, future investments and capital expenditure requirements, as currently planned, for at least the next 12 months from the date the accompanying condensed consolidated financial statements are issued. These factors raise substantial doubt regarding the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
