Reflects the 312,470 Class A ordinary shares of FIGX Capital Acquisition Corp. (the "Issuer") that are included in the 312,470 private placement units of the Issuer purchased by FIGX Acquisition Partners LLC ("Sponsor"). Each private placement unit was purchased for $10 per unit and consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a warrant, each whole warrant exercisable into one Class A ordinary share at an exercise price of $11.50 per ordinary share. The Sponsor is the record holder of the shares reported herein. Louis Gerken is the managing member of the Sponsor and holds voting and investment discretion with respect to the Class A ordinary shares and Class B ordinary shares held of record by the Sponsor. As such, Mr. Gerken may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of the securities held of record by the Sponsor. Mr. Gerken disclaims any beneficial ownership except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
