“As of June 30, 2026, the Company has a related party receivable of $770,645 and working capital of $225,634. The Company has incurred and expects to continue to incur significant costs in pursuit of its financing and acquisition plans. These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern within one year after the date that the unaudited financial statements are issued. There is no assurance that the Company's plans to consummate a Business Combination will be successful or successful within the required period. The unaudited financial statements do not include any adjustments that might result from the Company's inability to consummate the Business Combination to continue as a going concern.”
