“The Company has incurred recurring losses, had no cash or cash equivalents as of August 31, 2026, and had an accumulated deficit of $409,169 as of that date. For the three months ended August 31, 2026, the Company incurred a net loss of $368,547. During the quarter, the Company relied on advances from its controlling shareholder and noncash equity issuances to satisfy operating, legal, regulatory, and service obligations. The Company will require additional capital to fund its contemplated operations and compliance obligations. There can be no assurance that additional financing will be available on acceptable terms, or at all. These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
