Effective August 17, 2026, Justin Keisel, the Executive Vice President and President of Global Sales of Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company” or “we”), began a medical
leave of absence. Chayce Clark, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer, will lead Mr. Keisel’s organization during his time away. We wish Mr. Keisel and his family all the best as he focuses on his
health.
