“As a result of the Company's losses and its projected cash needs, as defined in the accounting literature, substantial doubt exists about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. While subsequent to September 30, 2024, the company has successfully raised approximately $14.9 million, net of expenses, in new equity capital and restructured the existing long-term debt recorded on the balance sheet, the Company does have a history of operating losses and it has been expensive to deliver all of the milestones to commercialize the kidneyintelX.dkd test. … As such, management has concluded that there is a going concern uncertainty.
