“Notwithstanding this reduction, the Company has no cash and no revenue-generating operations, and management does not believe that the Company's current financial position is sufficient to cover the expenses it will incur during the next twelve months. This condition raises substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. ... Management has considered those proceeds in its evaluation and does not consider them sufficient, on their own, to fund the Company's planned expenditures for the twelve months following the date these financial statements were issued, and accordingly the substantial doubt has not been alleviated.”
