“As of the date of these financial statements, the Company has not refinanced the i80 Facility and since the facility will mature within a period less than twelve months after the issuance date of the accompanying condensed consolidated financial statements, management has concluded there is substantial doubt regarding the Company's ability to continue as a going concern within the 12-month period following the issuance of the financial statements for the interim period ending June 30, 2026.”
