“I was hoping you could talk a little bit about the headwinds and tailwinds in 27. So can we assume if CGP volume holds in the low 20s and DNA might be closer to 30 than 25, and you've still got the incremental gross profit, two-thirds of it, even after personalis being reinvested, can we get to the 25% long-term range?”

“I wanted to dig in a little bit more on the bridge for integrated care EBITDA margins. You guys obviously did very well in 3Q, and you said it gave you an opportunity to make some incremental investments.”

“Just a quick clarification on exchanges, and then I have a question on talk. So on the exchanges, when you talked about at least a $15 million headwind year-over-year that's just annualizing the second half, so I wanted to clarify, does that mean that assumes flat exchange market size from 26 to 27?”

“So is there a way to unpack how much of the inpatient and outpatient surgical trend pressure so far this year is exchange-related versus how much is affordability and things that may be continuing?”

“I appreciate the comments that you've made around 27 Medicaid enrollment and the slower pace assumed in your 27 commentary for the work requirement losses, but I just wanted to see if we could put a finer point on that.”
