On May 2, 2023, Abbott filed a Current Report on Form 8-K summarizing the matters voted on at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on April 28, 2023 (the “May 2, 2023 Form 8-K”).

In accordance with the Board of Directors’ recommendation and based on the results of the vote reported under item (4) of the May 2, 2023 Form 8-K, the Board of Directors has determined that Abbott will hold an advisory vote on the compensation of the named executive officers listed in the proxy statement for its Annual Meeting of Shareholders annually.
