On June 20, 2022, Dr. Kunwar Shalubhai notified AccuStem Sciences Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as a member of the Board, effective immediately. Dr. Shailubhai’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
