On June 5, 2023, Jeff Fensterer, the Chief Operating Officer of AccuStem Sciences Inc. (the “Company”) resigned his position with the Company for personal reasons, effective as of June 16, 2023. Jeff Fensterer will be moving to a consulting position with the Company.
