On July 25, 2023, Antelope Enterprise Holdings Limited (the “Company”) received a notice from Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“NASDAQ”) acknowledging the fact that its Class A ordinary shares failed to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 over the previous 30 consecutive business days as required by the Listing Rules of the NASDAQ.

On October 2, 2023, NASDAQ notified us that it has determined that for the last 10 consecutive business days, from September 18 to September 29, 2023, the closing bid price of the Company’s Class A ordinary shares has been at $1.00 per share or greater. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and NASDAQ has closed this matter.
