Item 8.01 – Other Events


On June 2, 2022, Applied Energetics, Inc. executed a Phase I Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) contract with the U.S. Army against topic number A21.C-T018 and topic title: Ultra-Wide and High-Average Power Directional IR Countermeasures. Compensation under Army STTR A21.C Phase I contracts is limited to an aggregate of $173,000. The company intends to provide additional information upon approval from the government agency.
