On May 20, 2026, a.k.a. Brands Holding Corp. (the "Company") held its annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). A total of 10,557,266 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the "Common Stock"), of the Company, or 97.58% of the total shares of Common Stock entitled to vote, were represented at the Annual Meeting.
