Item 2.02. Results of Operations and FinancialCondition.

On June 23, 2025, Ankam, Inc. (the "Company") announced its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended May 30, 2025, reporting significant profits, reversing prior expectations of losses. The improved performance is primarily attributed to the successful execution of the Company’s expansion into the Asian software development market.

Key operational highlights include:

•	Expansion into Asia: The Company successfully expanded its software<br>development operations into key Asian markets, including Hong Kong , Taiwan , which significantly contributed to the Company's growth.<br>- Strategic Alignment:This expansion aligns with the Company’s strategic initiatives to capitalize on high-growth regions, improve<br>global competitiveness, and enhance shareholder value.

The Company’s performance highlights its ability to adapt to global market demands while executing its growth strategy effectively.
