Effective April 18, 2024, Mr. Chauncey Tallaferro Jones, M.D has been appointed as a Director to the Board of Directors of American Picture House Corp.
Effective April 24, 2024, William Macdonald resigned as a Director of American Picture House Corp. Mr. Macdonald’s resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company was not a result of any disagreement with the Company.
