On September 27, 2023, AgriForce Growing Systems, Ltd. (the “Company”) was scheduled to hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting was adjourned for lack of a quorum as follows: As permitted under the Company’s Charter and pursuant to British Columbia law, the meeting was adjourned to Wednesday October 4, at 11:00 a.m. PST, at which time it may proceed even if the quorum is not met.
