Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 22, 2024, Minh Merchant, the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary of Aspira Women’s Health Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company that she will resign from these roles with the Company effective May 6, 2024.
