Dear Sirs:

Credicorp Ltd. (the ‘Company’) notifies you as a Material Event that, in its session held on March 27, 2025, the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders agreed to appoint Tanaka, Valdivia & Asociados Sociedad Civil de Responsabilidad Limitada, representatives of  EYG in Peru, as external auditors of the Company for the financial year 2025, and to delegate the power to set and approve fees for such audit services to the Board of Directors (for further delegation to the Audit Committee thereof).
