Item5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On February 12, 2021 the Board of Directors of Bunker Hill Mining Corp. (the “Company”) acted to change the Company’s fiscal year-end from June 30 to December 31. In accordance with the applicable rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Company will file, on or about March 31, 2021 a transition report on Form 10 – K reflecting the six-month transition period beginning July 1, 2020 and ending on December 31, 2020. This action is being taken to more closely align the Company’s financial reporting cycle with its peers.
