Resignation of Chief Partnership Officer

Basel Medical Group Ltd (Nasdaq: BMGL) (the “Company”) has received a letter of resignation from its Group Chief Partnership Officer, Mr. Vincent Teo. The Company is presently determining the terms of separation with Mr. Teo. The Company would like to thank Mr. Teo for his service to the Company during his tenure.
