On September 28, 2021, Bright Mountain Media, Inc. (the “Company”) shares of common stock began trading on the Expert Market from the OTC Pink Sheets. The Company’s Common Stock will continue to be on the Expert Market until such time as the Company has become current in its filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission at which point it will seek to have its shares restored to the OTC markets.
