B.O.S Reports on the Passing of a Director

RISHON LEZION, Israel, July 1, 2021 -- B.O.S Better Online Solutions Ltd. (“BOS” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: BOSC), a global provider of RFID and Robotic systems and Supply Chain solutions for enterprises, reports that Mr. Michael Osborne, a director of the Company, has passed away.

The Company has not made a determination at this time to fill the vacancy on the Board of Directors created by the passing of Mr. Osborne.

Eyal Cohen, CEO of the Company, expressed the Company’s deepest condolences to Mr. Osborne’s family.
