On July 7, 2021, Capstone Companies, Inc., a Florida corporation, (“Company”) received a notice of allowance or “NOA” for trademark T Thin Cast from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. No opposition was filed to the trademark. Company will post notice of the NOA on its product-oriented Social Media websites, including Twitter account @CAPC_Capstone, and corporate web site at https://www.capstonecompaniesinc.com.
