On May 6, 2021, Capstone Companies, Inc., a Florida corporation, (“Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will conduct an investor conference call and webcast on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, to discuss the business and financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2021. The press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.

Capstone Companies Announces First Quarter 2021 Financial Results and Conference Call

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL, May 6, 2021 – Capstone Companies, Inc. (OTC: CAPC) (“Capstone” or the “Company”), a designer, manufacturer and marketer of consumer inspired products that simplify daily living through technology announced today that it will release its First Quarter 2021 financial results after the close of financial markets on Monday, May 17, 2021.

The Company will host a conference call and webcast, in which President and Chief Executive Officer Stewart Wallach and Chief Financial Officer Gerry McClinton will review the Company’s financial results, as well as the Company’s strategy and outlook, followed by a question-and-answer session.
