On July 27, 2021, Patricia Lecouras announced her retirement as Chief Human Resources Officer of The Chefs’ Warehouse, Inc. (the “Company”) effective September 10, 2021. The Company has benefitted greatly from Ms. Lecouras’ contributions and thanks Ms. Lecouras for her over 14 years of dedicated and loyal service to the Company. The Company has a transition plan in place.
