Item5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On December 17, 2020, the Board of Directors of CLPS Inc. (the “Company”), through a resolution, voted to appoint its current acting chief financial officer Rui Yang as the chief financial officer effective immediately. The terms of Ms. Yang’s employment agreement remain the same as the exhibit attached to the Company’s Form 6-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on November 4, 2019.
