ITEM 5.02 – DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS.
On December 25th, 2022, Shaul Yemal resigned his position as Director and Board Member. Shaul’s resignation was not the result of any dispute with the Company.
