“Since inception, the Company has historically incurred negative operating cash flows and losses from operations as the Company advances the clinical development of its products and the funding process of clinical FDA trials. These matters raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and although management has developed plans intended to support ongoing operations, such plans do not alleviate the substantial doubt.”
