Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
The stockholders of CreditRiskMonitor.com, Inc. (the “Company”) voted on the following proposals at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on August 12, 2026:
1.
The election of four directors to serve one-year terms expiring at the 2027 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until their successors have been duly elected and qualified;
2.
A proposal to ratify the appointment of CohnReznick LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026; and
For more information about the two proposals that were voted on at the Annual Meeting, see the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on June 29, 2026.
The voting results for each of the proposals are as follows:
