LAS VEGAS, NV / CRWE PRESS RELEASE / May 01, 2025 - Crown Equity Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: CRWE) announced today that effective immediately, that the Company has accepted the resignation of its Board member and Vice President of Operations, Mohammad Sadrolashrafi, as well as appointing Robert James Kane as a new director and Business Development Officer.

LAS VEGAS, NV / CRWE PRESS RELEASE / May 1, 2025 - Crown Equity Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: CRWE) announced today that, effective immediately, the Company has accepted the resignation of its Board member and Vice President of Operations, Mohammad Sadrolashrafi, as well as appointing Robert James Kane as a new Board member and Business Development Officer.
Robert Kane has 15 years of C-level consultant experience, specializing in investor relations and business development.
The Board will remain at five (5) members.
