“As of March 31, 2025, the Company had cash balances of $62.3 million, a working capital deficit of $59.8 million and net capital deficit $43.9 million. For the three months ended March 31, 2025, the Company had a net loss of $4.5 million and net cash used in operating activities of $1.5 million. Net cash used in investing activities was $0.2 million. These conditions cast substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.”
