On April 6, 2026, Eric Swider notified Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (the “Company”) of his resignation from its Board of Directors (the
“Board”), effective immediately. Mr. Swider’s resignation did not arise from or relate to a dispute with management or the Board. The Company thanks Mr. Swider for his distinguished service on the Board.
