Death of Director

On July 30, 2023, Levon A. Dedegian, an independent member of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Dynagas LNG Partners LP (the “Partnership”), passed away.

Mr. Dedegian served on the Board since the Partnership’s initial public offering in November 2013 and was the Chairman of the conflicts committee and a member of the compensation committee of the Board. The Partnership expresses its greatest appreciation for Mr. Dedegian’s valuable contributions to the Partnership and conveys its sincere condolences to his family and friends.

The information contained in this Report on Form 6-K is hereby incorporated by reference into the Partnership’s registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-240014) that was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission with an effective date of August 19, 2020.
