Item 7.01.Regulation FD Disclosure.
DoubleVerify Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) will host its Innovation Day 2025 on June 11, 2025, as previously announced. The event will begin at 1:00 p.m. ET and is expected to conclude by approximately 4:00 p.m. ET. The event, along with an accompanying slide presentation, will be accessible live through the Investor Relations section of DV's website at https://ir.doubleverify.com/.
In connection with the event, the Company issued a press release announcing updated guidance for the three months ending June 30, 2025 and twelve months ending December 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

NEW YORK – June 11, 2025 – DoubleVerify (“DV”) (NYSE: DV), the leading software platform for digital media measurement, data and analytics, today announced updated financial guidance for the second quarter and full year 2025.
Updated Financial Guidance:
DoubleVerify anticipates Revenue and Adjusted EBITDA to be in the following ranges:
Second Quarter 2025:
| • | Revenue of $180 to $184 million, representing a year-over-year increase of 17% at the midpoint. |
