On October 28, 2021, Dynatronics Corporation issued a press release to announce that it would release its earnings and results of operations of its fiscal year first quarter ended September 30, 2021 on November 11, 2021 and hold a conference call and webcast with management to discuss the results. A copy of the release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K. EAGAN, MN / ACCESSWIRE / October 28, 2021 / Dynatronics Corporation (NASDAQ:DYNT), a leading manufacturer of athletic training, physical therapy, and rehabilitation products, today announced that the company will release financial results for its fiscal first quarter period ended September 30, 2021 on Thursday, November 11, 2021 before the market opens.

The company will subsequently hold a conference call and webcast, consisting of prepared remarks by management, a slide presentation, and a question-and-answer session with analysts, at 10:00 AM ET on Thursday, November 11, 2021 to review these fiscal first quarter results.
